Website - Uploading Error messages

Good Afternoon All,

I currently work on a Service Desk where calls are logged and we try to resolve the users issues. One part of the job is the user would send a screenshot of a particular error that he/she are getting when trying to connect to something, open a specific document etc...

I am just wondering if there is some kind off Website were I can upload the error message and it it will give me a solution on how to fix the issues?
